Milton Osborne on Hun Sen’s ‘Progress’

At least somebody’s making some progress towards their goals. A short, well-written review of Hun Sen’s year by long-time Cambodia watcher and historian Milton Osborne, over at Asian Analysis. Worth a read. Quoting his ‘watchpoint,’ Osborne notes that

As has been the case for several years, any development that has the capacity to bring Hun Sen’s leadership into question would be a significant development. (The fact that it is not possible to be more specific is a reflection of the power of Hun Sen’s current situation.)
