How to eat Naim: the most delicious fish snack in Cambodia
Looking for old fieldwork photos today, I found this foursome of my most favoritest snack in Cambodia – Naim. There are different styles, and the one I like is the ‘Khmer Naim,’ a sour-fermented fish meat wrapped around a hot pepper, soaked in lime juice, wrapped up in banana leaf, and sold by the dozens.
